Ability to edit/change company or relationship on CTAs after they've been created.

We have the ability to make changes to the company/relationship for timeline activities already, we’d like to see the same capability for CTAs. Event if it’s just company to company or relationship to relationship (of same relationship types) this would be a huge benefit to our CSMs instead of closing/deleting and recreating CTAs if they need to be moved.

Just had this come up today as well.  CTA was accidentally created on the wrong account.

@katie_b Currently, in timeline once an activity is logged the company/relationship cannot be changed. Are you referring this change is possible in draft stage?

@Bhawya In reference to editing the company/relationship after the activity creation, this would be extremely beneficial for us. Sometimes our CSMs accidentally create/log activities to the wrong company or relationship. Instead of deleting and recreating it every time, it would be much more efficient to just have the ability to update these fields.

I would say this should be the same for CTAs.

I would like to follow up and elaborate that our CSMs should only be working on the relationship. At the moment, I am recreating all CTAs and Activities without relationships… So this enhancement would be super appreciated!

Please let us change the company/relationship after a timeline/CTA is created, it’s very frustrating to end users to have to remove and re-add things.

if we have a checkbox to enable the relationship to be editable on the CTA - why is it greyed out - feels like a big miss!!!

@revathimenon can we get some eyes on this? We need to be able to add/change the relationship on a CTA after it is created.

This just came up for us as well and would love the ability for admins to reassign customer on a cta
