Allow for sorting in reports to be sticky. We have a report that default filters by Account Name, where sorting by Date Soonest to Latest would make more sense. Being able to pre-sort the data for end users would eliminate the need to sort the report each time.
+1If you put the date as the first column it will sort based off most recent for you. Or you can use Ranking to sort as well just put a large number in there to capture all cases you want in your case history.
