With the rise of Digital Success becoming the way of the future, integrating with webinar platforms is becoming more important. Instead of having to export data from one system to load it into Gainsight and Journey Orchestrator, it would be more powerful to have an integration where the data flows on its own.

This would allow organizations to:

  • measure engagement with webinars
  • set healthscores
  • Trigger webinar invites based on health scores
  • send follow up emails to those who registered and did/did not attend.

Agree. We are currently pulling in webinar data from GoToWebinar manually via S3. A native connection to these systems would be really useful.

I agree. I would love to see a Zoom integration.

The process of trying to create a JO audience out of the Zoom registration info is kind of painful. Ok… more like an absolute headache. The only things that are provided from Zoom are First Name, Last name, Email , and Registration date. People register with personal email addresses all the time, and that makes it very hard for VLOOKUP to find matches.

In order to create an audience based on Zoom attendance info, one must do a lot of supplemental digging, and the process takes more time than it should.  If we could also start requesting that people sign up for webinars with their work emails addresses, that might start to improve this situation, but it would be so much easier if we had a zoom connector that could pump this registration info onto one of the larger JO objects (like AO Participants or AO Emails)  via a lookup.

A Zoom integration would be key to be able to see registrants, attendees, and engagement in Gainsight on a customer account, but also to factor those into the healthscore. With the move to digital there is less 1-1 interaction and we need a way to automate 1:many engagement in this way.
