A customer reached out requesting me to submit a feature request on their behalf.
Currently, whenever adding comments to a Timeline entry, you are only able to see 3-4 lines at a time. This makes it difficult to edit while creating long comments.

Business Impact:
Due to this limitation, the user experience for our TAMs is hugely impacted. Whenever there is an entry in the comment they can't use Gainsight at the go, they need to type it in elsewhere and then copy it in Gainsight, as they can't see the complete comment, user can only see 3 lines at a time, which makes typing comments very hard. This is one of the daily activities for our TAMs, so we want to make this feature request.

If we were able to add the ability to expand this comment box and/or include a pop-out option, that would help alleviate this pain point.
