In the survey settings module, you are unable to choose between the two settings (Carry Forward Previous Value or Reset the value) for the NPS and CSAT scores if you use the setting to only include surveys in the Last N Days.
You are able to use both settings if you select any of the other ‘pre-set’ options, however these options tend not to get used because they don’t fit best practices / aren’t practical for setting scores consistently.
Can we either allow the option to be changed when using the Last N Days setting, or add some pre-set values like Last 1 Year and Last 6 Months, which are the most commonly used values that clients want to use for these settings
