We are looking to use the same Power List across multiple different Programs in Journey Orchestrator and then filter down the emails (similar to what is shown at the bottom of this support article: https://support.gainsight.com/Gainsight_NXT/Journey_Orchestrator_and_Email_Templates/Email_Templates/Create_and_Send_Multi-Version_Emails)

However, when there is only a single email version in a program, the ability to filter does not exist. It would be great if there was still the ability to filter even if there is only one email version in a Program.

Hi Austin, Powerlists are an older feature that is going to be retired soon. We recommend you convert over to using the newer Segments functionality. More info on Segments can be found here: https://support.gainsight.com/SFDC_Edition/Journey_Orchestrator_and_Email_Templates/Programs/Segments

Hi @dan_ahrens - thanks so much for this information. Super helpful. With regards to Powerlists being retired soon, do you have an estimated timeline on that? Additionally, any information on what will happen with any programs currently set up using Powerlists would be amazing. Thanks again!

We don’t have a specific date set, and we’ll communicate that out in our release notes once we have a target date. This will give you enough time to make the transition. We’ll also include details on how to upgrade your existing programs.
