My teams is starting to use the V2 editor for guides. However, the V2 editor is not yet available for other types of engagements. Although in-app editing is not applicable for other engagement types, we would like Gainsight PX to use the same V2 editor for other engagement types.
Rationale
- Navigation within the editors is very different, and it is hard to remember what to do when switching editors. For example, in sliders, you go to a different place to move between steps. And in all engagements, you to to a different place to get to the HTML code view.
- Additional custom button types are available only in the V2 editor. I would like to be able to add a button to open the KC bot from a What’s new announcement (slider or dialog) that announces new or updated self-help content in the KC bot.
