It would be nice if we could toggle “Hide in Reporting” for objects created in Data Designer.
Use Case:
I need to create a field using a combination of formula fields and case expressions. The formula fields will create two new fields, and the case expression will allow me to select the “correct” field to display based on my case logic. Ideally, I only want my case expression field to display in the object (just show 1 field instead of 3). However, there’s no way I can remove the two formula fields from my design without losing the case expression field functionality, and I cannot hide these two formula fields from reporting because it’s not available in data management for objects created through Data Designer.
