Ability to see NPS 2.0 widget in 360 without Survey Permissions

It's been brought to my attention that in order for "non-super admin" users to see any data in the NPS 2.0 widget in C360, users have to have Analyze permissions on the survey. If they don't have these permissions, users will see "N/A" in the widget, which may lead to confusion around whether or not the widget works/if the calculation is being done. This leads to an extra permissioning step that did not used to be required.

This permission was not required in NPS 1.0, where any user that had the ability to see C360 could see the NPS average for that account regardless of survey permissions.

I'm hoping we could implement some sort of a "one-click" function to make this visible to all users, or to just eliminate the need to have permissions to see this at the 360 level?

We are analyzing this. I'll update you once the analysis is done. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for jumping on this support, please push a solution out asap, I was able to get around this temporarily by creating a Security permissions group for my entire end user base which is not sustainable moving forward.

@All, we have added this to our short term, I will update you here once we consider this for release. Thanks!

We are in need of this as well. Over the next 6 months, we will be adding other surveys to Gainsight that not everyone should be able to see/analyze. Some will be anonymous or semi-anonymous and not necessarily tied to an account. Allowing users to analyze surveys within the Survey section creates unnecessary confusion as users need to know which survey names to look at.
