There are a lot of threads around NPS/Exit surveys, and our own CSM recommended we do one - It would be great if inSided provide a solution for NPS/Exit surveys in the platform rather than having to try integrate a 3rd party - especially since I don’t know how much info about the user can be passed to a 3rd party. It would link up well to the gainsight integration too.
Since its a good way to measure and drive consumption of inSided, I think it should be built into the platform.
