There are a lot of threads around NPS/Exit surveys, and our own CSM recommended we do one - It would be great if inSided provide a solution for NPS/Exit surveys in the platform rather than having to try integrate a 3rd party - especially since I don’t know how much info about the user can be passed to a 3rd party. It would link up well to the gainsight integration too.

Since its a good way to measure and drive consumption of inSided, I think it should be built into the platform.

When things get tough, we ask, what is best for the customer?

Hi @dandre! We haven’t encountered so far the need for a in-product solution regarding exist surveys, as it’s quite easy to insert a code snippet from any preferred tool into the Third Party Scripts section, but I can understand your concern regarding user information being passed to a 3rd party. I will leave the idea open to gather more insights and votes.
