Similar to the pre-defined/out-of-the-box search pages for recently active, active since last visit, and unanswered questions.

It’d be a feed of topics including:
- Posts authored by people you follow
- Posts replied to by people you follow
And ideally…
- Categories/groups you subscribe to.
TBH, this is the UX that most users expect from a feed based on dominant social platforms. Rather than try to recreate that, change the feed strategy, etc … this gives users the option to view the latest content that way. Combined with the other idea above, it’d make the Follow action much more valuable and promote user-to-user relationships.
It’s much better than the alternative of having to navigate to the profile of each user you follow.
