Filter by Public Tag on Content Dashboard

You can get this via the Topic export, but it’d be so much easier if you could filter the Content Dashboard by Public Tags and then sort by the columns in the table below. 

For example, Content Helpfulness is not included in the export. 

Use Case: Building FAQ and popular content lists by tags.

Other considerations for why Export is less ideal: 

  • All Time is not an option for the Topic and Post exports
  • Topic and Post export give you only content created within that time, not content viewed during that time (whereas the Content dashboard does show content viewed during the range)

Additional discovery: 

Exports only give you Total Views All-Time. The Content Dashboard allows you to see total views within a specific time period.

If you want to analyze popular content for a tag within a specific time period (ex. last month/quarter/year), there’s no way to do that. You can’t filter by tag on the content analytics dashboard and the export isn’t helpful for that use case.
