Ability to associate timeline entry to Success Plan

Is there any update on this?

Adding to this thread as well. We desperately need a better way of associating TL records to SPs beyond logging from within a success plan. Another example of a common enough use cases is moving activities between SPs. We don’t have a way of doing that and retaining data at the same time. 

What’s the status on getting something developed? 

Adding my +1 to this. Adding an option to associate existing Timeline entries to a Success Plan is a key feature. Not only for the reasons already explained above, but also in the scenario of a Success Plan being created after a Timeline entry and deciding that a particular meeting or email is pertinent to the Success Plan and then wanting to associate it.

Which idea is the one we should be upvoting? This one with recent comments, or the linked one here with a few more upvotes? It’s unclear to me (plus they’re both marked “Open.” Either way, this is sorely needed.

This is already available in preview (you can email Support with the subject of “On-Demand Enablement - Timeline: Associate Timeline Activities with Success Plans” to get this turned on for your tenant early) and will be on general release mid-July if I am not mistaken.

I have already turned it on and can confirm that it works as expected.

This feature is already available to all customers on demand, raise a support request if you want to enable it in next two weeks. General Availability (GA) is scheduled for end of July.
Success Plans can be added as Associated Record to a Timeline activity created on a Company and Relationship, similar to CTA.
