Ability to edit a program name once active

Phase 1 JO redesign  will be made for single step journey. Tentative timeline mid of Q3.

Any updates on this feature?

A simple design would have been to associate each JO program to a sys_ID and have the system refer to that sys_ID, keeping the user friendly label editable at all times.

Why this is was not made from the get-go is beyond my comprehension.

Could we get an update on this? Is this possible in the new advanced JO program builder? Either in the recent October release, or planned for the January GA release?

This also became even more important with the ability to sync emails to Timeline since it displays the program name. 

+1! It’s important to keep the names relevant/up to date. Last time it happened I had help from support and they did it from the backend.

Thanks for sharing it’s possible in the backend Romi.  Not every instance starts out with a clear naming nomeclature; raising a backend request is ok for a one-time cleanup, but the ability to rename programs once active in the UI would bring the functionality in line with other features in the product.
