I came across this recently: I discovered an empty folder and naturally tried to delete it, only to be met with the frustrating message: "Folders with children cannot be deleted." This left me scratching my head since the folder was indeed empty. After a fruitless search in GainsightGo, I had to submit a support ticket.

Support then directed me to the Bin. The process became unnecessarily cumbersome because there's no way to filter by folder name or select all items at once – pain points already highlighted in ideas like this one:

I had to manually locate all the reports from the Trash, delete them, and then finally return to delete the now “truly” empty folder.

For the sake of UX, could this workflow be streamlined? A simple prompt like, "Dependent reports exist in the Trash folder and must be deleted to remove this folder. Do you want to delete the folder and associated reports?" with a "Yes/No" option would make this process significantly smoother.
