We are using a Gainsight report that has three different picklist fields as filters. In order to not have to manually update this report every time a picklist option changes in Salesforce, it would be more efficient to have a Gainsight Report filter functionality that can exclude NULL values (rather than having to say 'Contains *manually select all picklist values*'.

The only workaround I've found is to create a formula field that returns true if those multi-select picklists are null, and then filter by that formula filed equal to false. Not a great solution, and it would be a lot easier if we could simply filter for nulls.
Hi Alexa, Yes, we don't show the Null check-box when you select "Contains, Includes and Excludes" in the filter.
When you change the operator to "Equal-to" or "Not Equal-to" you see the Null checkbox. Does this works for you?

On a multi-select picklist filter, the only options are "Includes and Excludes".
