Ability to Save Mass Edit Settings like Reports

Currently, there is no way to save Mass Edit views when reassigning/updating CTAs. We do CTA cleanup and reassignment on a regular basis and it would be a big time saver if we could save specific views so that we don’t have to recreate them each time.

@cmultanen valid ask! it also saves time. Thanks for sharing this here. Redirecting this to the product team for more visibility.

@cmultanen Just to clarify, by saving Mass Edit views, do you mean that you want to save the filter criteria you set for mass edit? Thanks.

+100!

This is one of those user experiences that I just get so used to, that I don’t ever think about there being a better way to do it -- until today, when I wanted to re-assign CTAs but wait to do it tomorrow during business hours for my east coast colleagues. Then I realize...wait...I can’t save this.

I reassign CTAs en masse a few times a month...the ability to “save” my configured mass edit type (Call to Action), Show Me fields, and filters would save a lot of time and reduce human error!

@sai_ram yes, save the filter criteria AND the Show Me AND the type of Mass Edit being completed (for example, Call to Action) ...these areas in the screenshot

Oof, each time that you have to go through this process is a headache. Having the ability to save those views (and properly name them please) would be a nice time saver!

If you are doing this on a regular, now you should be able to do this via a Horizon Rule.

But, even if not you can do this via API.

That way you take a manual task off your plate and start doing it on a regular basis.
