Ability to Select Language when uploading SRT files

In Skilljar, when you edit a video asset to add captions, you are not prompted to select a language. SRT files are normally saved with descriptive text about what video they related to “e.g., Course Name - Lesson Title”. In Skilljar, when the viewer enables CC they see the full SRT file name. To make the experience better, we are forced to rename the SRT file to the language so it displays as “English”, for example. Imagine a course with 10 video lessons...this limitation requires us to have 10 files all named English.
