I had a customer who would like to customize the tabs ( like related, details, news, activity,chatter,etc), for Gainsight console in lightning format. Her task demanded her to toggle between two console's (Service and Gainsight) and everytime the format is different in both these console's.

So is your customer in the Account page and wanting to see Gainsight. What is their role? Can you have a screen shot of what you mean by "GS Console" - do you mean when they move to the GS Application?



The best approach - today - is to perhaps use a widget view of the C360 to control what is seen). This won't be customizable by user.



With that said, we are looking at modularizing our sections so you could add them to that tab section on Console. What is the type of thing your customer is interested in Showing. how would they customize those tabs for GS?
