When creating an activity and adding users or attendees (internal or external) - you have to type the name then switch to a mouse and click to select. I'd love to see a way to add attendees entirely from the keyboard or entirely with a mouse so you don't have to switch.

+1 to this request. I would like to also add that we enable keyboard commands/shortcuts when searching for a customer as well. It gets quite tedious having to switch back to your mouse to select the customer after typing the name in the search window.
Hi All, this is fixed and available in October release. You are no longer required to switch to mouse/trackpad for selecting.
Keyboard support while selecting Attendees, Accounts and Relationships in Global Timeline: When creating an activity and adding Internal/External Recipients or Attendees in Timeline Activities, you can now select the desired recipient’s/attendee’s name from the given list of options by using the arrow keys on the keyboard .

Is there a plan to roll out keyboard support for the Customer search as well? I believe that would be a great addition as well, since most CSMs have complained that they have to use their mouse after typing in a customer name to select the account.
