I came across this idea while on a support call earlier today. As a troubleshooting step, I was asked if I knew the last time one of our C360 sections was updated, and I unfortunately didn’t know the answer. We don’t track dates of when updates were last made to C360 sections, and I’m not the only user in our company with super admin privileges, so multiple people could be making multiple updates per day.

This got me thinking. Could there be a section added to the C360 configuration page that shows the date the admin last updated any of the given C360 sections, including the admin’s name? This would be helpful for C360 config troubleshooting issues with support (so end users can provide support with a general timeframe to reference), plus it would be nice to natively track this in Gainsight. Not to mention, there is plenty of unused space on this page to use up!

I’ve included a rough screenshot below of how I’ve envisioned this to look. Thanks for your consideration!

Would be great to be able to surface that on the layout as well so users can see when it was last modified

Yes! Audit/History tracking gets my support, always!
Happened a few months ago that one user was randomly set to active, and when we realized it was overwritten by the SF sync. We never knew how it happened, if someone with super admin privileges made a mistake or what, support couldn’t tell either…Will remain a mystery forever

I submitted some time ago an idea along these “please let me know when/who" lines:
