Aha! and Gainsight

Is the implemented solution for aha integration only specific to functioning with productboard - if you don’t have productboard then there is no aha integration/can’t display aha ideas?

@kelly the integration is for Aha < > Gainsight Product Requests feature 

+1 to Jake. @kelly We have separate integration with Productboard and Aha and they are not dependent on each other.

@jake_ellis can you clarify? The very first line in orange on the Product Requests feature and Aha integration documentation is that Product Request is accessible only to those customers whose Product Management teams use ProductBoard. Is the documentation out of date, or am I possibly looking in the wrong place?

This documentation needs to be updated @kelly thanks for pointing that out. I’ll work with our team on this.
