I’ve been working a lot lately with Power Automate and one really good feature it has is Microsoft Copilot is embedded in the interface, so it can analyze failures and give me suggestions on how to fix, tell me if something is being used in the program

It would be great if there was an agent embedded in Rules Engine, Journey Programs, Data Designer that could be used in this way.

 

I would love to see any effort to use AI to help admins with their job in a meaningful way, and this would be a great one. 

We aren’t currently Staircase users but have been trying to get AI Takeaways to work, and any help with their laconic error messages would be great: 

 

something like this could maybe also help with Real Time Rules and any rules making API calls.


AI in Analyzer would be a gamechanger.

 

We’d also want to tighten up any of those pesky gaps in what Analyzer detects as active dependencies - I know there have been ongoing doubts about what it does/doesn’t catch (JO, Data Designer, picklist dependencies, etc) that would impact any AI enhancements just as seriously as they impact human users.


AI in the Digital Journeys in general would be amazing. Being able to review Programs, Email Templates, Data Designs, etc. 

Total gamechanger.
