We should be able to specify how frequently participants with our selected uniqueness criteria are able to enter a program (more than just “Participants with the same email address”).

It may not be a common use case, but we have a program where we have three uniqueness criteria selected, and we want users to be able to receive multiple emails within a given date range (one per product) if they have multiple products that would cause them to enter the program.

However, we only want them to enter the program once in that date range per their uniqueness criteria.

I discovered today that if we check that box, it then overrides the selected fields in the uniqueness criteria, so they would only receive one of the emails we wanted them to send, even if they should receive multiple.

Idea: allow us to pull in the field(s) we want to use and specify all of the criteria we want to determine how frequently a participant can enter a program.

100% We need this.

The “Advanced Criteria” section could be updated to include a checkbox for:

[ ] Participant with the same uniqueness criteria can enter once in [   ] days

Here is my use case:

We have a program where an email is sent to the CSM Email for each Company they manage. So the uniqueness criteria is Company GSID. But it should not be sent multiple times for the same Company, therefore the Advanced Criteria should be the Company GSID.

Best,

Hi @revathimenon, could we get some eyes on this please?

Use cases that fall into this scope typically tend to be more of an internal program for us (CSM account management type programs), where we have more than one uniqueness criteria, and want to use those same criteria for re-entry, advanced criteria, or audience exclusion.

This tends to make cloning and restarting existing programs difficult.
