Like is the case with Timeline sync, Cockpit task sync should feature a “filter” option so we may decide what kind of tasks to sync, and not have to either open the floodgates or not without an in-between.
I can workaround this with rules engine, however, I don’t have a proper bi-directional sync option with rules engine, which means I may lose on some updates or have to build a very very complex rule to get that up and running decently well.
It’s about consistency and parity.

Right there with you on this one! We had a use case a few months back where we were looking to sync a specific CTA’s tasks to Salesforce to surface to our sales team. Without the ability to apply filters in this configuration, it would’ve been exactly like
