Part of the value proposition for attachments, is easy access for CSMs to find what they need at the right time.

Part of the value proposition for the 360 in Zoom integration, is to have Company information for a customer at the CSMs fingertips without having to open Gainsight proper.

It would be great to combine the two, and allow the Attachments tab in the 360 to be accessible in the Zoom Gainsight App (integration??) to get the best of both worlds. Currently, this does not seem possible.
