We contact all users who signed up last month. We send them an email and invite them back to the forum using relevant topics. It really works. Engagement improved like crazy.
We do this by manually exporting the users and then send the .csv file to our base marketeer who then imports the same file and....whatever the details. It's a real workaround that could be easily fixed. :)
Therefore we would like have the option to create automated exports to a sftp server.
