Hi Team,

Currently with the existing system design we see that Auto Healthcare  milestones are logged on customer journey on a weekly basis similar to score snapshot calculation.

Client ( Progress Unlimited Inc ) is looking for the below improvements:

  1. A job should really run Sunday night so the next morning reflects the previous weeks change as folks enter the office. 
  2. Finally, an option of daily should be available apart from the existing options of weekly and Monthly. The update waiting until the next week is too long. These jobs should update real-time or at a minimum on a daily basis so the Health Change is flagged in the Customer Journey. Waiting until next week when an account has gone from green to Red is too long.
