Currently, we need to manually type the relationship name in the associated record tab for it to populate. Instead of searching, we would like all associated relationships for the account to be automatically populated, allowing the CSM to select from the available options.

The time savings of lowering clicks and typing would be massive for our entire company. I believe this benefit applies to any user of Gainsight who manages multiple Relationships in the C360. 

 

BETTER: Basically we want a Checkbox available of all available relationships to quickly associate a timeline entry to.

OK: Change Associated Records to a dropdown, not a search box.

BEST: Allow the admin to choose the UI of Associated Records from options, such as Checkbox or Dropdown or Search Box.

 

Please consider this feature enhancement to dramatically improve UI.
