Hi everybody,



It would be great if you add a possibility to launch a bot (or a feature) looking like a common user (for example, with a name Companyname_Support) which will go over all unsolved questions and ask user there "Is your problem solved?".



Now it is possible to do it manually but it really eats a lot of time.

Also, there should be a possibility to configure this bot:



  1. Select topics for Bot by defining a time from the last post (for example, go over questions if the last post there was 7+ days ago)

  2. Choose topic categories and other filters







I think this might be useful for everybody. It will decrease amount of manual work.

I’m happy to share that we’ve delivered this idea: under Settings > Moderation > Automation Rules you can now configure a rule ‘Ask end users to mark best answer via email’. You can configure the email to send a particular number of days after a topic has been inactive. There’s also a new customisable email template for this email, which you can optimise to your own needs.
