Give admins the ability to disable customization of the Customer Journey widget.
For one thing, if people customize it, it can prevent users from seeing additions made later by the admin.
But mainly, we want our users all looking at the same information so that everyone is on the same page. Also I’ve had users forget they made changes to Gainsight Home, then report problems only to find out they had customized it.
Leave it up to your customers to decide where to allow customization and where not to. Gainsight shouldn’t assume we want our users customizing areas of the app like this.
