As a PX admin

I want to add CC-based data as User Attributes...

Some Examples: 

• Registration Date
• Last activity date
• Rank
• Total Posts
• Total Answers

In order to leverage it for both Engagements and Analytics

• Audience criteria for Engagements
  • Does or does not have a community account
  • has or has not been recently active (in-app re-engagement campaigns)
  • User segmentation based on rank or activity
• Cohort analysis for Analytics
  • Usage / Sentiment / Behavior of
    • those with community account vs without
    • by rank
    • activity levels

Without having to configure automations or create tons of extra fields in other systems. 

Current work around with the Salesforce integrations (both CC + PX) requires creating fields and formulas to get the data from the community member object to the contact so that it can be pulled into PX. 

As a CC admin

I want all the same things, but for Segments and personalization on the community. 

• PX data to update profile fields
• PX data to enable/disable custom roles

Ideal Solution

Something like the PX Salesforce integration where you map the fields and push/pull of data.
