Hi @mmarques

This is currently scoped for CS alone this year. But I will share the feedback with the PM from PX and see how we can extend this capability.

Thank you for letting us know

Thank you

Preethi

Thanks, @pgeorge - Should I raise a separate idea for the PX side?

I just found out that the PX idea is here:

Re-upping this to see what kind of capabilities are in place. Asset usage tracking is helpful, but I need to have visibility into who is editing what rules and what is being changed. Would LOVE to have a rule “Owner” who can lock down access, but maybe that’s a pipe dream.

Hi all, thank you for this long-standing thread and the detailed feedback over the years!

Happy to share that with our Edit and Delete permissions launch in 2025, we introduced audit logs at the activity level in the UI — showing which fields were updated, by whom, and when.

While this doesn't cover full auditing across all areas of Gainsight yet, it's a meaningful step forward. Given this idea is 10 years old, our workflows are evolved and the all requests here may not be valid. Are there specific gaps in the current workflow that still need addressing?
