When building a rule to create a CTA it would be great to have a checkbox option that will tell rules to ignore case reassignment rules so CTA's aren't reassigned to the wrong user or queues.





Maybe somewhere during the setup action:

Adding a +1 here, Idk if there was ever a resolution but I am also seeing this happen when creating cases from a call to action linked object as well.
