Editors for engagements and articles should include an erase or clear formatting button to remove all formatting from text that has been cut and pasted in.  This would eliminate manual editing to clean up formatting brought over from cutting and pasting. Note that even using the option “paste as plain text” includes some formatting as Gainsight adds the style tag “is pasted” in the engagement editor.
