+5Similar to this idea (which was recently implemented, yay!), I find myself frequently cloning reports and having to select the folder I want to put the report in.
Almost every time when I clone a report, I want that report to go into the same folder as its clone, but instead Gainsight chooses “uncategorized” by default. This would be an easy win for Admin Quality of Life. Thanks for considering.
+7Yup. Tracking down the report in “Uncategorized” and moving it each time is not a timesaver.
+11100% yes. I try to configure the folder at creation time, but often my mind is whirring along on what I want to change in the cloned report, and I quickly move by the folder designation.
The post-clone clean-up and filing energy is not what I’d call value-adding.
