Close CTA when all tasks are closed out

Customer is using a custom status for Closed CTA's (Completed = ClosedWon). When a CSM closes all of the tasks for the CTA, they expect the CTA to close out automatically. Feature request for option to close out CTA when all the tasks are completed.

        Thanks a lot ​@revathimenon ! Now that we have one idea with 66 votes, could we get some PM eyes on this? 

        The most expensive part of building is the mistakes. That's true in construction. Not so much in CSOps. So ask questions, make mistakes and learn. All views expressed here are my own.

        I very, very frequently see CSMs with open CTAs that have all tasks complete. This creates CTA bloat in their cockpits and makes them very confused. 

        This exactly. I think Horizon has exacerbated the problem because the ‘shell’ of the CTA is now completely separate from the individual tasks, whereas it was previously at least a little more obvious that the ‘parent task’/CTA was still open.
         

        Now, you can only close the CTA outside of the CTA details - you should be able to close the CTA within the details, not in a separate screen.

          At the very least, can we get a pop-up that says “would you like to close this CTA?” Literally anything would be more helpful than the current behavior.

            Yes, please make this easier. I spent time just yesterday closing out CTAs for my users when they had already completed all the tasks.
