The Account Hierarchy view in the C360 is a very useful view that allows users to expand and collapse hierarchies. It would be cool to have this as a reporting capability outside fo the C360 section so end users can see information in a similar way, but more customizable.

Hi Kaycee,
Thanks for posting this! Can you expand more on what sort of customizations would end users want to see in a report?

Hi Rakesh,
Absolutely! The way I'd see this done is having a table report type that lets users see accounts in a hierarchy view by selecting a dropdown arrow to expand/collapse (like they can in the Account Hierarchy section of a C360). Expanding/collapsing hierarchies would give them a more drillable way to see details for all their customers without having to go into each individual C360 page. I see this report looking very similar to the Account Hierarchy section, except it can live on a dashboard so users could see all of their accounts and their hierarchies.
This could be expanded to fit other types of reporting like seeing all accounts that fall under a CSM (a report CSM Management could use), seeing all accounts that fall under a certain segement (e.g. Strategic), etc.
