Looking for a solution to filter reports or dashboards using a team of CSM’s. Instead of a global filter of CSM Name which we currently use, it would be ideal to put our CSM’s on teams or in groups and filter on that. Use case is we have teams of CSM’s, and each team has one manager. Each Manager would like to be able to manage their team as a whole and not just each person individually. We would like to use dashboards, or reports, and have them filter on those CSM teams/groups but it appears the only way to do that is to copy all of the dashboards and all of the reports, and modify the filter criteria for each one. This could take hours upon hours and is a lot of work should we have changes-potentially 200+ reports when all said and done.

+13Agreed, this is missing especially where we have multiple layers of management and lookups are limited and we can’t go further (in our setup) than manager’s manager. We could create custom attributes on the user table to that effect, but realistically a native feature like SFDC has wouldn’t hurt.
However, I’ll be going for the workaround approach.
