Today, when you make a new status for a Success Plan, it has to map to one of three existing Reporting Categories: Active, Draft, Closed.
We are adding an “On Hold” status, but would prefer for it to have its own reporting category as it doesn’t neatly fit into any of those.
The Success Plan Reporting categories for “Status” appear immutable, and we would like to be able to make our own to fit our reporting needs.
