When creating a new Learning Path, there should be a default registration email enabled for users, just like when setting up a new course. Currently, the default is set to no registration email, which feels inconsistent and can cause issues if overlooked.
In our case, when assigning Learning Paths to new users, they did not receive a registration email, and we later discovered these emails could not be resent retroactively since none had been set up initially.
