We have an OK dependency checker in Data Management. Analyzer exists and it’s also medium. Very useful in some cases but not exactly a universal utility/hub for Admins.
One use case that I would like to have addressed, is an easier way to go from Scorecard Measure>what rule(s) set the score. This would be useful for anyone taking over a new instance, anyone mapping out an existing one, or just general day to day “where did I put that rule” needs.
I know you can sort rules by Load to Score, and through obsessive naming conventions and/or folder organization you can get there. But I’d really like to just select a scorecard measure, and view dependencies from there.
Why even stop at rules? Why not what reports it’s used in, or anything else? The bottom up dependency check is great when you know you’re starting point, but it would be great to have it from the top down as well.
