YES! 

I expect a 100% comprehensive list would be pretty daunting, but even getting started with the low-hanging fruit that’s easily compiled would be great - it doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

There is even precedent for something like this on the SFDC edition, though it is limited to data management. I didn’t find a link for an NXT equivalent.

I also think there’s a few underlying issues that make the lack of something like this more of a problem than it needs to be:

1. The platform itself really feels like 5 different teams are working on it, both from a UI/UX perspective as well as an overall architecture perspective. While this isn’t uncommon, it becomes problematic when the experience is super fragmented.
2. Existing support documentation really needs to be improved. It is often confusing and doesn’t provide enough detail for admins to really feel the ‘hands on your back’ support one would expect from enterprise level software.

I think having a central list of limitations would be great as well, but I think improving the consistency of the admin experience and the quality of the documentation would go a long way to making this more of a ‘nice to have’ than a ‘we need this to function’ type of request.
