It’s nice that for Ranks you can trigger a private message; it would be good to have that options via the API as well.
Use case: building custom onboarding workflows (or other use cases) where the community manager sends an automated message based on select criteria.
An alternative to doing this with the API would be to add this functionality into Gainsight Journey Orchestrator
