I would love to see the KC Bot’s Customer Communities search capabilities increase past the current 25 recent posts.
We currently use the Customer Community widget in app to recommend help articles, but are working on switching to the KC Bot for added features.
We are noodling around with the Recommendation Widget in KC Bot, but ideally would like to see all items from CC pertaining to that search be displayed with the bot. It would also be nice to have the ability to sort how things are displayed from CC - such as articles first, questions and discussions next, and ideas last.
