Hi!

Gainsight has been a standalone platform for quite some time now, yet it still doesn’t provide a comprehensive admin console from ONE or the OTHER login method. 

Example: Gainsight User Management - Gainsight Inc. - mass editing user notification preferences can only be performed from the Salesforce login. Individually editing those preferences is the same thing: can only be done from the Salesforce login.

It’s quite the annoyance for an admin to navigate two systems: Gainsight and Salesforce, to perform Gainsight-only admin duties… 

This ought to change.
