Would be super nice, if it would be possible to exclude some users from receiving automatic badges. E. g. moderators & admin, because they’ll be super active in supporting our customers and to answer their support questions, so it makes not really sense to award them with the same manual badges as those for our users.

I agree that we would like this feature, as well. We encourage our moderators and employees to be active in our community engaging with customers and do not want them constantly crowding out customer community members in the badge sidebar. Additionally, it is really painful to have to manually revoke badges right now so some kind of role-based exclusion would be really valuable.

Yes. It is possible to exclude user roles from the point system and (in another way) it is possible to exclude user roles from being included in the general ranking system, so I would really love to see the same thing with the badges, in order to exclude our community managers and moderators from automatically receiving any badges.
