Can Gainsight be configured to ONLY send error emails when the rule fully fails and not partially?
I have always wanted it to work that way. Upvote!



But I should clarify: right now you receive "partial failure" if the outreach works as configured. For example, you'll receive "partial failure" if you have the option to not send if the default variant is blank and the token doesn't populate. This isn't a failure, in my opinion, just the system doing it's job. Something like "partial success", though subtle, would be better. The you can have logs in the spreadsheet with the others.

Thanks for your inputs. I understand "partial failure" may not be the right term to use. We will look at it further and add it to the backlog and see how we can make it better.
