Gainsight Assist - Ability to choose "Meeting" as default vs. "Email" Activity Type

Currently, Gainsight Assist defaults to "Email" as the Timeline Activity Type when logging an activity, requiring users to manually change it to "Meeting" each time.

We'd like the ability to configure the default Activity Type in Gainsight Assist, either at the individual user level or through an admin-level setting, so that "Meeting" can be selected as the default instead of "Email."

This would streamline activity logging, reduce unnecessary clicks, and improve the accuracy and consistency of Timeline documentation, particularly for CSMs who primarily use Gainsight Assist to log customer meetings.
