Gainsight Assist Outlook Add-in - set a default value for 'Activity Type'
We want to be able to set a default value for ‘Activity Type’ in hte Gainsight Assist Outlook plug-in.
Ideally, it would always default to Email. If the feature can’t be setup to do this natively, we want there to be a means for us to set it within our org specifically.
Currently, it appears to randomly pick 1 of the active Activity Type values we have in Timeline Settings.
